Instead of only voting "yes" or not voting. Allow a vote-up a vote-down.

Allow users to filter by requests they've voted on, including completed/declined requests.

Enable the ability to assign more than one vote to a feature request.

Allow guest users to vote on feature requests.

Make it possible for guest users to add a request without needing to login/register.
